YFM塑料模具钢的切削加工性及易切削机理

【摘要】 本文通过诸项切削加工性对比实验证实,YFM塑料模具钢的切削加工性能优于45#调质钢,这主要是易切型夹杂物左切削中起应力集中源、包裹和润滑作用。

【Abstract】 Through several comparative experiments on machinability shows that the machinability of YFM plastic mould steel is superior to steel 45 hardened and tempered. This is mainly due to the actions of concentrated stress source, wrapping and lubrication of the easy-to-cut inclusions in cutting process。
