立车滑枕、滑座接触刚度有限元分析

【摘要】 用罚有限元法首次对工程中数控立式车床的滑枕与滑座之间的接触压力、变形进行分析。计算结果与实测值取得了很好的一致性，这表明接触问题的罚有限元法适用于分析机床各零、部件之间的接触压力和接触刚度。

【Abstract】 in this paper, the penalty finite element method is used to calculate the contact pressure anddeformation between slide pairs of a digital controled vertical lathe for the first time.The results of calculation areof good consistence with the experimental data.
