【摘要】 提出在ＲＡＩＤ中用ＶＲＡＭ实现高性能容错磁盘Ｃａｃｈｅ的方法．并对其组织结构、构成方式、读写周期等方面进行了分析，讨论了主要性能．

【Abstract】 This paper proposes a method using VRAM to implement a high performance fault-tolErant disk cache in a RIAD,analyze its system architectures. System mode and cycle of accessTime and explores its advantageous properties.
