钢淬火后高温快速回火工艺的可行性
Feasibility of High Temperature Fast Tempering of Steel after Quenching
【摘要】 钢淬火后,在高于Ac_1以上温度,用快速回火法处理,其力学性能与传统工艺回火法基本相同,但回火时间可以缩短到1/100、1/200,而且快速回火处理没有回火脆性和可逆回火脆性。
【Abstract】 If the steel is treated by the process known as fast tempering above temperature Ac1,after quenching, mechanical properties is basically the same as traditional tempering process, but the tempering time can be shorten to 1/100~1/200. Moreover, the fast tempering process do not produce what is called tempered martensite brittleness and reversible tempered brittleness at the temperature between 250℃~550℃.
