钢激光热处理的数值模拟和表面温度场测定
Numerical Simulation and Determination of Surface Temperature Field During Laser Heat Treatment of Steel
【摘要】 从激光与涂层和金属材料的交互作用出发,应用有限差分法模拟计算钢应用激光以连续扫描加热方式进行热处理的非稳定温度场。采用AGA—782热像仪实际测定钢激光热处理表面温度场。实测和模拟计算结果有一定吻合。
【Abstract】 Using finite difference method and considering the interactions of laser beam with the coating and metal matrix, the transient temperature field of steel during laser heat treatment with continuous scanning heating can be calculated. The actual surface temperature field during laser heat treatment has been measured by thermovision type AGA 782. The measured data tally with the calculated values to a certain extent.
