【Abstract】 The microstructure and phase structure of Ni base alloy chromium carbide composite coating have been studied by optical microscopy, SEM,EPM and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that Ni base austenite formed in the transition zone between the coating and the 45 steel matrix is rich in Fe ,Cr and Si. The hardening phase in the surface coating consists of Cr7BC4, Fe4.5,Ni18.5B6 and CrB.更多还原
