【摘要】 本文阐述了ＳＭＴ表面贴装技术的推广与应用的重要性，将ＳＭＴ表面贴装技术与插装技术的工艺进行了比较分析，并说明了ＳＭＴ表面贴装技术的可行性。

【Abstract】 This paper explains the significance of application and dissemination of SMT and analyzes the process of SAT and THT.It also describes the feasibility of SMT.
