【Abstract】 A method for determining boron in serum by extraction-spectrophotometry was described. The reaction acted best at 1ml mandelic acid, 0.8ml malachite green, pH = 3. Ab-sorbance at 635nm and concentration were linearly from 0 to 2×10-5mol of boron per liter. The method is precise,simple and sensitive.更多还原
