【摘要】 报告脑干内肿瘤8例(中脑1例、桥脑4例、延髓3例),其中囊性3例。均行显微外科手术切除。7例临床症状明显好转,1例死于术后误吸。就脑干内肿瘤的临床表现、CT和MR影像变化,讨论了依据肿瘤在脑干的不同部位选择不同入路,对影响术后恢复及预后因素进行分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight cases of tumor inside the brain stem have been reported in this paper. A-mong them, there was one case in the midbrain, four cases in the pons and three cases in the medulla oblongata,three of them were cystic. All the cases were excised microsurgically. Then, seven of them were the better in clinical symptom and one died from harmful breathing. The clinical manifestation of tumor inside the brain stem and CT and MR images were described. The different approach was chosen according to locations of tumors. Influence on recovery after the operation and prognostic factors were analysed.更多还原
