养殖对虾病毒性疾病的细菌学特征研究

【摘要】 本文研究正常对虾与发病对虾体肝胰腺、血液细菌数量及种群类。结果表明:在养殖对虾病毒性疾病流行期间,正常对虾血液为无菌,实验室喂养的对虾每克肝胰腺细菌数<5.8×10~4CFU,养殖池中无临床 症状对虾为0~1.9×10~4CFU,优势种为非发酵性细菌。发病或濒死对虾100%伴有败血症,每克肝胰腺含细菌数>2.5×1O~5CFU,优势种仍为非发酵性细菌。实验结果表明,养殖对虾病毒性疾病流行期间细菌的并发感染主要是病毒感染后,对虾机体抵抗力下降,正常菌群大量繁殖所致。同时提示了对虾肝胰腺细菌数量可望作为评价对虾健康状态及对虾养殖水质环境状况的指标。

【Abstract】 During an epizootic of virus disease of culture penaeid in Lianjiang county of Fu-jian province, main group and amount of bacteria from blood and hepatopancreas of healthy shrimp and shrimp infected by virus were investigated. The bacterial amount was less than 5.8×104CFU×g-1 in hepatopancreas of shrimp with no clinical sympton, and was more than 2.5×105CFU×g-1 in hepatopancreas of shrimp infected by virus. The dominant bacterial group in hepatopancreas of healthy shrimp was the no-fermentative bacteria as the same as that in shrimp infected by virus. It is suggested that the level of bacterial amount in hepatopancreas of shrimp may be used as an indicator for quality of the culture environment and the healthy condition of shrimp.
