【摘要】 本文报道５例大肠原发性恶性黑色素瘤，均为女性，年龄１９～５２岁。肿瘤位于结肠１例，位于直肠４例。肿瘤分期Ⅱ期者２例，Ⅲ期者３例。诊断主要依靠活检。全部病人均经手术治疗。术后辅以化疗或（及）免疫治疗。随访６～７１个月，死亡２例，３例存活（存活５年以上者２例）。本病预后较差，与诊断时肿瘤常已较大，分期较晚，以及肿瘤本身的高度生物学侵袭性与肿瘤细胞生长速度的高度生物学变异有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports 5 cases of primary malignant melanoma of large bowels.All of them are females.Their age ranges from 19 to 52.In one case the tumor is located in the colon,and in four cases the tumors are located in the rectum. Diagnosis is dependent principally upon biopsy.All of the patients have received operation.Chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy has been given after surgery.The prognosis is poor.Many factors are related to prognosis.They include tumor’s size,stage,high biologic invasiveness,and extreme variance in growth rates of melonoma cells.更多还原
