【摘要】 本研究旨在探讨原发性肝癌（以下称肝癌）切除术中血流控制的方法，以了解不同方法术中出血量、血流动力学的改变和术后血液生化的变化，从而选择肝癌不同术式最佳血流控制的方法。研究结果表明：周边型的较小肝癌应选择局部血流控制法；而位于下腔静脉附近或侵犯下腔静脉的肝癌应选择Ｂｉｓｍｕｔｈ氏法；位于中心部位的较大肝癌如无肝硬化可选择Ｐｒｉｎｇｌｅ氏法，如合并有肝硬化，选择性入肝血阻断应为道选的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was aimed at exploring the methods of blood flow blocking during hepatectomy in primary liver carcinoma(liver carcinoma) to clarify the amount of bleeding,the hemodynamic changes in different modes of operation and the post-operative changes in the biochemistry of blood.The target was to find the indicators for the choice of different modes of operation and for the most rational method of blood flow blocking.The results showed that to small peripheral liver carcinoma,regional blood blockage must be the choice; to the liver carcinoma that locates near or invades the vena cava inferior,the method of Bismuth must be selected;to latge carcinoma located in the central region of the liver without liver cirrhosis,the method of Pringle is the choice; if it is in the case of liver cirrhosis,blocking of afferent hepatic vessels is of the first choice.更多还原
