SnO2·ZnO纳米微粒/硬脂酸交替L-B膜的制备及结构
The Preparation and Structure Investigation of SnO2·ZnO Nanometer Particles/Stearic Acid Alternating L-B Films
【摘要】 采用胶体化学方法制备了SnO2.ZnO微粒的水溶胶和有机溶胶,实验结果表明,SnO2·ZnO胶体存在着明显的量子尺寸效应。应用L-B膜技术制备了SnO2·Zno纳米微粒/硬脂酸交替L-B膜,用原子力显微镜观察了SnO2·ZnO纳米微粒/硬脂酸交替L-B膜的形貌。通过加热除去硬脂酸后的SnO2·ZnO膜有好的气敏性及对酒精的选择性。
【Abstract】 The hydrosol and the organosol of SnO2·ZnO nanometer particles were prepared by colloid chemistry method. The experimental results indicate that there exist profound quantum size effects in SnO2·ZnO colloids.The SnO2·ZnO nanometer particle stearic acid alternating L-B films were prepared by the L-B film formation technigue. The SnO2·ZnO nanometer particle L-B films have been investigated by means of AFM,After stearic acid has been cleaned from the SnO2·ZnO namometer particles by heating,the SnO2·ZnO thin solid film is high gas-sensitive and selectivity to C2H5OH.
