红石水轮发电机组振动故障的计算分析
Computational Analysis of Vibration Fault of Shaft System of the Hong Shi Hydrogenerator Set
【摘要】 编制了用于计算水轮发电机组轴系统的横向振动的自振特性有限元程序,采用考虑陀螺效应的有限元法,对红石水电站轴系统的横向自振特性进行计算和分析.给出了进动转速相于对各种因素的变化曲线.分析了进动转速对各种因素的敏感度,指出了产生振动故障的原因和设计上的不足。
【Abstract】 A program for computation of the transverse self-oscillation characteristics of the hydrogenerator set is implemented. The finite element method with consideration of gyroscopic effect is used in this program. The transverse self-oscillation characteristics of the shaft system of the Hong Shi hydrogenerator set in Ji Lin Province is computed. Curves of processing speed to several factors are given, sensitivity of processing speed to those factors is analyzed. The cause of the vibration fault and design shortcoming of this hydrogenerator set is pointed out.
