不饱和单体溶液接枝LLDPE及其应用
The Study on LLDPE Grafted With Unsaturated Monomersand Its Application
【摘要】 以二甲苯为溶剂,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,采用正交法对不饱和单体溶液接枝线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)进行了初步研究。考察了单体用量、DCP用量、反应温度和反应时间对接枝率和交联度的影响,确定了影响反应的主要因素,并对接枝物对LLDPE/淀粉降解体系的增容效果进行了探索。结果表明,接枝物是有效的LLDPE/淀粉共混增容剂。
【Abstract】 Grafting of maleic anhydride ( MAH) or acrylic acid (AA) on LLDPE in xylene by using DCP as initiator has been studied. The influences of the amounts of added initiator and monomer, reaction temperature and reaction time on grafting and crosslinking have been investigated by means of orthogonal design and the prime factors have been found out. The experimental result has demonstrated that the grafted LLDPE as the third component in the biodegradable system of LLDPE/starch can effectively improve the compatibility between LLDPE and starch.
