【摘要】 在不同干旱时期对盆栽“新红星”苹果叶片超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）、淀粉酶活性及游离脯氨酸、叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和还原糖含量进行测定。结果表明：干旱胁迫初期，ＳＯＤ和ＰＯＤ活性及叶绿素含量升高，以后又逐渐下降，ＳＯＤ比ＰＯＤ对干旱的反应灵敏；游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量随干旱时间的延长呈上升趋势，而可溶性蛋白质含量呈下降趋势；淀粉酶活性和还原糖含量在干旱初期增加较多，以后有所下降，但仍高于对照。更多还原

【Abstract】 The activities of superoxide dismutase(500)andperoxidase(POD)and starcllase,thecontents of free proline,chlorophyll,soluble sugar and proteins,and reducing sugar in leavesof the potted young starkrimson apple were measured in different drought stages。 The re-sults indicated that the activities of SOD and POD and contents of chlorophll increased inearly days of drought,then they decreased gradually, SOD was more sensitive to droughtthan POD;the contents of free proline and soluble sugar raised,while that of soluble proteindecreased as the time of drouglit lasted;the activity of starchase and nthe content of reducingsugar had a chgahle curvehigher to that of the CK in the early drought stage。更多还原
