壳聚糖富集火焰原子吸收法测定天然水中痕量铜、锌和镍
Preconcentration of Cu ̄(2+),Zn ̄(2+)and Ni ̄(2+)on Chitosan and Determination by Atomic Absorption Spcctrometry
【摘要】 本文自虾壳中提取了甲壳质,经脱乙酰基后转变为壳聚糖。详细研究了壳聚糖吸附Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+的最佳条件,洗脱及再生方法。利用其富集天然水中痕量Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+后,火焰原子吸收法测定,回收率为95.0%~103.0%,检出限分别为Cu0.077μg/L,Zn0.024μg/L,Ni0.14μg/L。
【Abstract】 A rapid and less cost method for producing chitosan from shrimp shell and the optimum conditions for enrichment of trace multielement in natural water by chitosan were reported.The used chitosan can be easily regenerated for refuse. Results of determination of such elements by atomic absorption spectrometry revealed that the recovery is 95.6%~102.0% and the detection limit(μg/ L)are 0.077 for Cu ̄2+,0.024 for Zn ̄2+ and0.14 for Ni ̄2+.
