锅炉汽包42CrMo下降管与St45.8下水管现场焊接

【摘要】 对42CrMo与St45.8对接接头的各项性能指标进行了测定和研究.根据电厂现场安装特点.提出了在42CrMo坡口侧堆焊过渡层现场焊接工艺.成功地解决了该焊口的现场焊接问题.

【Abstract】 The properties of butt welding joint between 42CrMo and St45. 8 steels are tested and studied. According the characteristics on site welding , a buttering layer on the surface of 42CrMo steel groove is used and which overcome the problems facing with on site welding operation.
