TRPO-磺化煤油萃取乳酸的影响因素

【摘要】 报导了萃取发酵L-乳酸中的萃取和反萃取行为的研究。结果表明,在萃取过程中,无机盐(MgSO4、ZnSO4、KH2PO4)、乳酸钙、葡萄糖和溶液初始乳酸的浓度均对分配比DLa有明显的影响;并对90℃热水的反萃取进行了研究。反分配比D′La随有机相初始酸浓的增加而逐渐下降;还对萃取和反萃取机理作了初步的探索

【Abstract】 Investigation on extraction and back extraction in extractive fermentation for lactic acid have been carried out. The data show that some inorganic salt (MgSO 4, ZnSO 4, KH 2PO 4), concentrations of glucose, initial concentrationo of lactic acid and concentration of calcium lactate all have fair influences on the partition coefficient (D La ) . We have proved that 90℃ water are good to back extraction for lactic acid, back partition coefficient (D La ) are decreased when the concentration of lactic acid in extractant increased. All the results are helpful for us to define the processes of extractive fermentation for lactic acid.
