【摘要】 报导了萃取发酵Ｌ－乳酸中的萃取和反萃取行为的研究。结果表明，在萃取过程中，无机盐（ＭｇＳＯ４、ＺｎＳＯ４、ＫＨ２ＰＯ４）、乳酸钙、葡萄糖和溶液初始乳酸的浓度均对分配比ＤＬａ有明显的影响；并对９０℃热水的反萃取进行了研究。反分配比Ｄ′Ｌａ随有机相初始酸浓的增加而逐渐下降；还对萃取和反萃取机理作了初步的探索更多还原

【Abstract】 Investigation on extraction and back extraction in extractive fermentation for lactic acid have been carried out. The data show that some inorganic salt (MgSO 4, ZnSO 4, KH 2PO 4), concentrations of glucose, initial concentrationo of lactic acid and concentration of calcium lactate all have fair influences on the partition coefficient (D La ) . We have proved that 90℃ water are good to back extraction for lactic acid, back partition coefficient (D La ) are decreased when the concentration of lactic acid in extractant increased. All the results are helpful for us to define the processes of extractive fermentation for lactic acid.更多还原
