PTC半导瓷用欧姆接触电极的研究

【摘要】 制备了六种含不同玻璃的铝电极浆料，研究了这些玻璃料对接触电阻的影响。结果表明，含ＮＯ．２玻璃料的烧渗铝电极试样显现出低的接触电阻和良好的抗老化特性。

【Abstract】 Six kinds of Al-pastes containing different frits were prepared.The effect of these frits on the contact resisance was investigated.The results show that the fritted-Al electrode containing NO.2frit exhibits low contact resistance and good long term behavior.
