【摘要】 本文报道了19例因运动创伤所致的膝关节全脱位.指出本伤易发生在足球、跳远、摔跤等运动项目中.18例进行了侧副韧带、关节囊、肌腱等组织的修补,十字韧带缝合术及再造术.详细列举了术中所见各个方向的膝关节脱位所表现出的组织创伤病理.虽然膝关节全脱位多合并有严重的肌腱、韧带、关节囊等组织的损伤,但早期手术治疗,术后给予积极的康复治疗,往往能获得令人满意效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 19 cases with complete knee joint dislocation caused by sports injuries were reported. It was commonly seen while playing football, long jumping and wrestling. The operation of repairing, suturing the collateral ligaments, scapsuls, tendons and suturing and reconstruction of the cruciate ligament were done in 18 cases. The traumapathologe of every type of the knee dislocation was analyses in detail. Although complete dislocation of the knee always combined with serious injuries of the tendon,ligaments,capsules and other soft tissues,satisfactory results could be gained if surgicai operation performed earlier and the rehabilitaion treament was given post operation properly.更多还原
