【摘要】 氰尿酸和氯乙醇在碱性水相中缩合，选用丙酮作萃取剂制备三（２－羟乙基）异氰尿酸酯，产率达８８．５％

【Abstract】 Tri (2 hydroxyethyl)isocyanurate was prepared by condensation with cyanuric acid and 2 chloroethanol in alkaline solution in 88.5% yield,provided that acetone is selected as an extracted solvent.
