【摘要】 农村城市化过程中必然出现农民的失业问题,东莞也不例外。本文从东莞农民面临的失业问题出发,认为产生这一问题的直接原因是耕地迅速减少,外地来工的竞争,本地农民文化低下,以及耕地难以集中使用等。为了解决农民的就业问题,本文认为应鼓励农民从事专业化、商品化的农业生产,大力发展农村的非农产业,大力发展农村文化教育事业,建立多层次,多功能,多形式的劳动力市场。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of unemployment for peasants arises from urbanization, Dongguan is no exception. In this paper, the author thinks that the main cause of the problem arises the rapid decrease of cultivated land, strong competition of the workers from other parts of China, less is education of the local peasants and lack of collective use of cultivated land. In order to solve this peasant problem, the author suggests we should encourage our prasants to engage in agricultural professionalism and commercialization promote the development of non - agricultural activities, improve the education in the countryside, and and exploit more multifunotional and multiform labour markets.更多还原
