涡流线圈的阻抗计算

【摘要】 本文研究了涡流检测中线图阻抗的计算方法,消除了奇点,确定了积分限,给出了误差分析和被积函数计算表达式。在此基础上,用4种典型的数值积分法分别计算阻抗,找到了计算量小、稳定的数值积分法。利用本文的研究结果,可以在个人计算机上快速、高精度计算线圈阻抗。

【Abstract】 The calculation method of impedance in an eddy-current coil for nondestructivetesting is studied. The problems of the singularity elimination and the integral-limitation determination are solved. The formulas of error-evaluation and the calculating expression of integrated function are given. Then, four typical algorithms of numerical integration are applied respectively to calculate the impedance. The best of them is presented. Its advantages are requiring less amount of calculation and stable. According to the research result the impedance of eddy-current coil can be calculated fast and accurately on a personal computer.
