旋膜除氧器除氧机理的研究

【摘要】 旋膜除氧器的除氧效果优于其它类型,溶氧合格率达到99.4%。本文从传动、传热、传质三方面对其机理进行分析,提出除氧器在结构上改进的方向,应从强化传动、传质效果入手

【Abstract】 The deaerating effectiveness of the vortex film type deaerator is supurior to some other types.The percentage of pass of the oxygen dissolution reaches 99.4%.The paper analyzes the deaerate mechanism in three aspects:the momemtum transfer,the heat transfer and the mass transfer.The paper also suggests the way to improve deaerator structure by strengthening the effects of momemtum transfer and mass transfer.
