平面气垫叶栅内气-固两相流动的特性研究
Characteristics of Gas-Solid Two-phase Flow in Plane Gas-Layer-Blade Lattice
【摘要】 用计算方法对进入具有由粘性流动模型导出的初始条件的气相流场主流区及边界层区的颗粒轨迹进行跟踪,并引入边界惯性模型、分析气垫叶片特有的加厚边界层对造成磨损的粒子轨迹的影响,结果表明气垫叶栅中气垫对粒子的作用会改善叶片表面的工作环境,从而起到了减轻对叶片磨损的作用
【Abstract】 The method adopted in this paper consists essentially in tracing particles inside the boundary layer with initial conditions taken from the viscous flow model,and then introduces the boundary layer inertia model,analyzes the effect of the thicken blade boundary layer of gas -layer-blades on the trajectories of particles and thus on the resulting erosion and/or deposition.It is shown that the gas-layer possessed by the gas-layer-blade will improve the blade surface work condition,then it will have active effect on blade anticollision.
