浅论足球比赛节奏

【摘要】 本文分析论述了比赛节奏在足球比赛中的战略作用，提出了比赛节奏运用的战术措施及运动员适应比赛节奏变化应具备的几个条件。

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the strategic function of tempo in winning football matches, suggests measures in applying this tactical tempo and explains how football players should adapt themselves to this tempo.
