【摘要】 目的：探讨抗溃疡药物对溃疡愈合质量的影响及溃疡愈合质量与抗再损伤能力的关系。方法：制备大鼠乙酸溃疡模型，用强的松致再损伤，用１、ＤＦ测ＧＭＢＦ，用显微镜测微尺定量检测溃疡瘢痕组织结构。结果：阿莫西林组及与甲氰咪胍合用组溃疡瘢痕处再生粘膜宽度及粘膜肌层缺损宽度、囊状扩张的腺体数均显著低于对照组，ＧＭＢＦ高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。用强的松后，所有治疗组上述指标也明显优于对照组。结论：阿莫西林可提高溃疡愈合质量，增强溃疡瘢痕处抗强的松再损伤能力，其作用优于甲氰咪胍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation of quality of ulcer healing(QOUH)with resistance to reinjury and the effect of anti-ulcer drugs on QOUH. Methods:Using acetic-acid to induce gastric ulcerin rats.Measuring GMBF and histological hanges in ulcer scar by Laser Doppler Flowmetry(LDF)and microscopic ruler.Results:In group amoxycillin (A)and amoxycillin plus cimetidine(A+C).the width of regenerative mucosa,defective muscularis mucosa and cystic dilative glands in ulcer scar were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);and GMBF was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).After perfusion with prednisone,the above indexes in group AmC and A+Cwere significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amoxyclillin could improve quality of ulcer healing and enhance the resistance to reinjury by prednisone,the above effects of moxycillin were better than cimetidine.更多还原
