【摘要】 目的：正确解决流式细胞计多参数测量的补偿问题。方法：应用外周血淋巴细胞的双阴性对照、双染样品电子补偿和二维点图得到正确的补偿值。结果：补偿值大小受ＰＭＴ电压值和染色条件的影响。结论：流式测量中除设定实验样品的阴性对照外，在多重染色样品测量时还应设置阳性对照，以调整补偿器的正确值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To solve correctly the compensative problem in multi-parameterment measure-ment on flow cytometry.Methods:By using lymphocytes of human peripheral blood samples,double negtive control,electron compensator and dot plot,the correct compensation value was obtaind.Re-sults:The compensative value was influenced by PMT voltage and staining condition:of samples.Con-clusions:Except the negtive control set up in experiments,the positive controls are needed for multipa-rameter measurement in folw cvtometry.更多还原
