【摘要】 应用免疫组织化学技术（ＡＢＣ法），对４２例膀胱癌及癌旁组织中ｒａｓ癌基因Ｐ￣（２１）蛋白进行了检测。结果表明，膀胱癌组织中Ｐ￣（２１）蛋白阳性率为７３．８％，而４２例癌旁组织中Ｐ￣（２１）蛋白阳性率为１４．３％，Ｐ￣（２１）蛋白的阳性率随着病理分级、临床分期的升级增高，值得注意的是癌旁组织中Ｐ￣（２１）蛋白阳性者癌症易于复发，提示预后不良。更多还原

【Abstract】 P￣(21) protein of ras oncogene in bladder cancers and their surrounding tissues of 42 caseswas detected by immunohistochemical technique(ABC method).The results showed that P￣(21) proteinpositive rate in bladder cancer and its surrounding tissues was 73.8%and 14.3%respectively.P￣(21) pro-tein enhanced with the increasing of pathological grade and clinical stage in bladder cancer.The posi-tive cases of P￣(21) in surrounding tissues has worse prognosis.更多还原
