一侧肾切除大鼠血清含氮代谢物与肾代偿性生长

【摘要】 本文应用一侧和双侧肾切除动物模型,观察了血清含氮代谢物与血清液递性促肾生长因子(RGF)活性的变化。结果表明,一侧肾切除大鼠留存肾重的增大,伴随着血清RGF活性和血清尿素含量的动态变化,并且二者的变化曲线呈平衡状态。(行双侧肾切除(术后20h)大鼠血清尿素和肌酐含量明显升高,尿酸含量明显降低。) ̄3H一TdR掺入原代肾皮质细胞DNA实验表明,双侧肾切除大鼠血清无促肾生长作用。

【Abstract】 It was found that there was a circulating renotropic growth factor(RGF)in theserum of uninephrectomized rat(UNI rat).The contents of nitrogenous metabolites and RGF activityin UNI rat serum were determined.The results showed that increase of remaining kidney weight inUNI rats was accompanied with the changes of RGF activity and urea nitrogen(BUN)content,andthe both changing curves parallel.However,the contents of serum BUN and creatinine(CRE)increased,but content of serum uric acid(UA)decreased in dual-nephrectomized rat(DUAL rat).Inaddition,the incorporation of 3H一TdR into DNA of primary rat kidney cells confirmed that there wasno renotropic activity in DUAL rat serum.
