【摘要】 采用整体和离体相结合方法、观察了氯氰菊酯对大鼠肝脏磷酸化酶ａ、Ｃａ２＋－ＡＴＰ酶活力的影响。整体实验表明．氯氰菊酯染毒后可使大鼠肝脏磷酸化酶ａ明显升高．Ｃａ２＋－ＡＴＰ酶含量明显下降，与对照组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）．且存在明显的剂量－效应关系、而离体实验表明．氯氰菊酯也可引起大鼠肝线粒体、微粒体Ｃａ２＋－ＡＴＰ酶显著下降．也存在明显的剂量－效应关系．更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper we observed the effect of Cypermethrin on the activity of phosphorylase A and Ca-ATPase of rat liver in vivo and vitro. The result indicated that in vivo Cypermethrin could inhibited the activity of Ca-ATPase .and it could also increased the activity of phosphorylase (P<0.05 or P< 0. 01 )and dose-effect relation was existed.It also indicated that in vitro Cypermethirn could inhibited the activity of Ca-ATPase of rat liver mitochodria and microsomeand dose-effect relation was existed.更多还原
