真菌细胞壁溶解剂的筛选新方法

【摘要】 建立了啤酒酵母琼脂平板方法筛选溶解真菌细胞壁葡聚糖的活性物质。用已知抗真菌抗生素证实了方法的有效性，并已筛选到一些有溶菌活性的菌株。

【Abstract】 An yeast agar plate method for screening substances to trigger autolysisof fungus cell wall is istabilished.Results tested with known antifungal antibioticsdemostrated that it is an effective method for the screening substances triggering atitolysis offungus cell wall glucan.
