【摘要】 通过对２３例发作间歇期偏头痛患者及２０名年龄、性别匹配的正常对照组血６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α（６－酮前列腺素Ｆ１α）和ＴＸＢ２（血栓素Ｂ２）含量的测定，发现偏头痛患者的６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α含量较对照组低（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＴＸＢ２含量则两者无差异。作者认为低水平的６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α是偏头痛的发作及复发的重要物质基础之一，而ＴＸＢ２则意义不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 The plasma contents of 6-keto-PGF1α,a stable metabolite of prostacyclin and TXB2,a stable metabolite of thromboxane A2 were measured in 23 patients with migraine during headache-free period and the results were compared with those of 20 normal subjects matched with age and sex.The 6-keto-PGF1αdecreased significantly in the migraine group.No difference was shown in TXB2.These data suggest that lower level of 6-keto-PGF1αis the background for its onset and recurrence but TXB2 not significant enough.更多还原
