应用花培技术选育粳稻广亲和恢复系

【摘要】 将02428/T984//T1950杂种后代进行花药培养获得纯合的二倍体花粉植株,分别与珍汕97A、V20A和7627A杂交,分析其恢复能力。有8份花培系F1结实率均在65%以上,且有较强的杂种优势,可作为广亲和恢复系的种质,证实花培是选育水稻广亲和恢复系的快速有效途径。

【Abstract】 Fifteen doubled haploid rice lines derived from 02428/T984 T1950 by anther culture weretestcrossed with Zhenshan 97A, V20A(indica) and 7627A(japonica). When the doubled haploid lines weretestcrossed with Zhenshan 97A, V20A and 7627A the seed setting percentages of their F1 hybrids averaged at83.36%(71.3%~87.7%), 73.51%(66.8%~81.8%)and 83.69%(65.8%~95.2%), respectively. Ofthem some lines showed very strong F1 heterosis and could be used as germplasms in the breeding of intersub-specific hybrid rice, Therefore, anther culture is a useful method in developing wide-compatibility restorerlines in hybrid rice.
