【摘要】 在大皮瓣的远端或侧方一期设计切取二个以上分叶带蒂皮瓣．１９８７年以来用这种方法一期修复跨越多个掌指关节的手部软组织缺损８例，共设计３０个分叶皮瓣，２９个完全成活，１个远端表皮坏死．分叶皮瓣属任意型皮瓣，要求主瓣具有良好血供，设计时应注意分叶皮瓣的长宽比例，并要避免损伤主瓣的轴型血管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Two or more ramificatiou flaps were designed at the dis tal or lateral aspect of a bigger flap. 8 cases of soft tissue defect orossing multiple metacarpophalangeal joints were repaired primarily using this flap. 29 of the 30 ramification flaps survived completely and epidermal necrosis occurred in another case. This flap belongs to random flaps. The axial vessels of the main flap should be protected to ensure blood supply of the ramitications and cautiou should be taken in the length to width ratio of the ramifications.更多还原
