胃漂浮缓释片研究III核黄素胃漂浮缓释片

【摘要】 以ＰＶＰ、ＰＶＡ为辅料的核黄素胃漂浮缓释片在体外能缓慢释药，人尿排药量试验表明该片生物利用度是普通片的１．５８倍。溶出度与尿排药累积量相关。

【Abstract】 Sustained release and intragastric floating riboflavin(B2HBS) tablets based on PVP and PVA. were developed. The absorption study of the B2HBS tablets in six healthy human volunteers by urinary excretion method showed that the B2HBS tablets had a higher bioavailability than the conventional ones urinary excretion amount was relative to dissolution (at 25r/min).
