【摘要】 对３０例ＣＯ中毒患者高压氧治疗前后的心功能指标进行无创性检查，结果发现ＣＯ中毒组治疗前，表现心肌顺应性降低，心室舒张末压上升，心肌舒张功能受抑制，心肌耗氧量增高伴循环系统功能代偿性增强．高压氧治疗后，其心功能状态恢复至对照组水平，有显著性统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），表明高压氧治疗对改善ＣＯ中毒引起的心功能异常有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports that the cardiac function of 30 cases with CO poisoning was tested with QXG-2 cardiograph before and after HBO. It was found that the myocardial compliance decreased, cardiac diastole ability inhibited, ventricular diastole last pressure and myocardial oxygen consumption raised as well as cardiovascular compensation increased at pre-HBO. However, after treatment of HBO, these indexes were returned to the levels of normal control group. There was a significant difference (P<0. 01).
