【摘要】 总结近年来我科资料完整的腭咽成形术２５０例，就其手术的安全保证和部分失败病例的原因进行探讨。安全措施有５个方面：①局麻下手术，尽量避免全麻；②术中监测心电图、血压和血氧饱和度；③严重病例可术前行气管切开术；④如合并有心、肺疾患术前请内科医生会诊；⑤鼻部手术应分期进行。失败原因有４个方面：①适应证选择不当；②多部位阻塞，特别是下咽的阻塞；③术后出血和感染；④术者的经验和技巧。更多还原

【Abstract】 vulopalatopharyngoplasty operations on 250 patients were reported.The safety man-agements and failing causes of UPPP were discussed. Safety managements included 5 aspects:1.using-local anesthesia rather than general anesthesia;2.intraoperative monitor ECG,blood pressure and oxy-gen saturation ;3.tracheotomy should be performed in the severe cases before UPPP;4.preoperativephysician consultat ion if patients complicated with cardiopulmonary problems;5.separated nasal andUPPP operations into two stages.
