【Abstract】 The pharmacodynamic effects of the solution of Aspartate-Malate-Electrolyte(AME)had been studied in Lab.The Solu-tion could provide highenergy phosphates, increace influent of potassium,and decreade the concentractions of NADH. The da-ta reflected the beneficial effects associated with action of AME on myocardial protection,and were confirmed by the hymody-namic results in animal experiments.更多还原
