病毒粒子计数公式的推导及其在马传贫病毒收毒期试验中的应用

【摘要】 根据立体计量学原理,对病毒粒子在细胞内的计数公式进行了推导和计算,并且在马传贫病毒收毒期试验中做了应用。结果表明:该公式在理论上成立,实践中可行。使应用电镜技术对病毒的形态定性观察,步入到定量分析,为揭示病毒粒子在细胞培养物中的消长规律提供了新的手段。

【Abstract】 The present paper reported a calculative formula of Viral particles. It was N= 4nR/3dM×106 It had been applied in gathering period of EIAV. The results showed that the formula was not only true in theory,but also feasible in practice.
