【Abstract】 CL90-ILTV was isdated from trcheal mucosa and secretion from naturally infected in hens. It was proved that the isolate was avian infectious laryngotracheitis virus by the pathological changes of inoculated chicken, animal regression, tests, agar immunodiffussion reactions, virulence examination tests,virus neutrolization tests and susceptibility tests to organic solvent. It provided a reliable evidence for the existence of ILT in Anhui.更多还原
