病例对照研究K层2×2表确切概率计算

【摘要】 在分为 K 层的成组病例对照研究中,常涉及到比数比的齐性检验以及公共比数比的检验。本文提供了比数比齐性检验及公共比数比为1的确切概率计算法。

【Abstract】 It is customary to invoke the test for homogeneity and the test of the common odds ratio when analyzing Kstratified 2×2 contingency tables in the unmatched case-control study. This paper present the calculation of the exact probability for the homogeneity test and the exact test that the common odds ratio equals unity.
