【摘要】 本文总结了200例孕32～42周超声脐动脉血流图 S/D 值、NST 和 B 超监测结果,并与分娩后新生儿出生体重、Apgar 评分、羊水性状和有无脐带缠绕等进行比较。结果:14例正常妊娠 S/D 值在正常范围,无新生儿窒息。186例高危妊娠(妊高征,IUGR 和脐带过短)中异常 S/D 值共26例,新生儿并发症发生率为53.8%。本资料显示:S/D 诊断低体重儿的灵敏度为81.8%,巨大儿的阴性预示率为100%,脐带缠绕者 S/D 值波动于正常或偏低范围。因此,超声脐动脉血流图与 NST、B 超联合应用对早期预测 IUGR、妊高征及脐带缠绕等具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 To estimat the value of fetal umbilical arteries flow velocity waveforms which served as a fe- tal monitoring method.Design-The systolic/diastolic (S/D)ratio combined with NST and biophysical pro- file of 200 patients whose gestational ages were from 32 to 40 weeks were studied by using umbilical artery velacity waveform and they were compared with the neonatal outcomes(including birth weight,Apgar score,amniotic fluid condition and umbilical cord round the neck).Results:14 normal pregnancies showed normal S/D ratio and their Apgar scores were also normal.Among the other 186 high risk pregnan- cies 26 cases with high risk factors such as IUGR,hy- pertension and short umbilical cord showed abnormal S/D ratio.The neonatal complication incidence was 53.8%.Conclusion:The sensitivity of S/D ratio of di- agnosing the low birth weight newborn was 81.8% and the negative prediction rate of macrosomia was 100%.As to the cord round the neck,S/D ratio was between the normal and the lower range.更多还原
