【Abstract】 This paper,having analysed the competitive social environment the Civil Aviation Institute of china is in and the status Quo of the Institute’s teaching staff,points out that the teatchers and other professional personnel now working with the Institute are in urgent need of further education,that the development of our national civil aviation industry and CAIC’s teaching and scientific research squire that the staff members of the Institute should enhance their Professional quality,that the situation in which CAIC is no longer unique of its kind renders further education more pressing, and that only by quickening the pace of further education can the age-gap existent in the teatching staff be better bridged.It is necessary,therefore, to dispel some muddled ideas such as’Education can be accomplished once for all’,’Classroom education is the form’.In conclusion the paper discusses how further education should be carried on in the Institute.更多还原
