【摘要】 应用多普勒超声心动图测定５０例不同部位的室壁瘤患者及５０例正常人的左室功能参数。结果显示：前壁、下壁、间壁室壁瘤组与正常对照组比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），反应舒张功能的各项参数均有所改变，其中ＰＦＶＥ、ＰＥＶＡ、ＰＦＶＡ／ＰＦＶＥ、ＡＣ、ＡＴ、Ｅａｒｅａ、变化尤为明显。收缩功能的参数变化与舒张功能的参数的变化相比较小，但与对照组相比变化差异显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The parameters of left ventricular function were measured by Doppler echocardiography in 50 patients with aneurysm of ventricle and 50 normal ones for control.The results showed that indexes of left ven- tricular function in anterior,inferior and stepal wall aneurysm were significantly different in comparison with those of normal group(P<0.01).Parameters of distolic function all were changed,it is obvious in PFVE,PFVA,PFVA/PFVE,AC, AT and Earea.
