提高坚尼草种子发芽率的研究

【摘要】 在南京气候条件下,研究了不同时期采种、采种后种子处理及播前种子处理对坚尼草种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:(1)不同收获期温度对坚尼草种子发芽率有影响,在南京8月下旬收获的种子发芽率最好,和其他收获期的种子发芽率具显著差异。(2)种子收获后温室高温干燥以及低温慢速干燥都有提高种子发芽率的作用,高温干燥以处理20天为宜。(3)种子去颖壳后能显著提高发芽率,人工和浓硫酸处理的结果一致。(4)赤霉素处理能提高种子的发芽率,以100ppm和150ppm的处理浓度效果最好。(5)在赤霉素处理条件下,不同天数晒种处理差异达显著水平,而去颖壳处理效果不显著。

【Abstract】 Seed germination of Panicum maximum Jacq.Was studied and the results are as fol-lows:1.The temperatures in different seed harvesting dates affect the germination rate.The seeds harvested at late August in Nanjing are of the highest germination rate,and the rates of germination have significant differences between the seeds harvested at various dates.2.Some seed treatments can effectively improve the rate of seed germi-nation.Both drying seeds under high temperature for short period(about 20 days)and drying seeds in low temperature for a prolonged time can improve seed germination.The germination rates are not significant difference between seeds with one year storage time and those with over year.3.Discarding the seed glumes by hand or with sulfuric acid can improve seed germination effectively,4.Treating seeds with gibberellic acid (GA)of 100 or 150 ppm can obtain high rate of germination.5.The germination rates of seeds treated by GA have significant differences in response to various days of drying seeds in the sun , but have little difference in response to treatment of discarding seed glume
