【摘要】 对置宫内节育器(IUD)子宫异常出血妇女的子宫内膜进行了巨细胞病毒(CMV)和单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSVⅡ)分离和鉴定。结果表明,置IUD子宫异常出血组两种病毒总感染率为29.2％(CMV12.5％,HSVⅡ16.7％),显著地高于未置IUD正常组5.9％和置IUD未出血组3.2％的感染率,P值分别小于0.05和0.02。在置IUD子宫异常出血组内,置IUD12个月以上者的病毒总感染率(46.0％)显著高于置IUD12个月以内者(9.0％),P<0.05;患中、重度宫颈炎者的病毒总感染率及HSVⅡ感染率均显著高于患轻度宫颈炎者。另外,置“O”型和“T”型IUD间的病毒感染率无显著差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cytomegalo virus (CMV) and Herpes Simplex virus II(HSV II) were isolated from endome-tria of women and identificated. Total infection rate of both the viruses was 29. 5% (CMV 12. 5%,HSV II17%) in intrauterine contraceptive device(IUD)users with abnormal uterus-bleeding, and was significantly higher than that in normal women without IUD (5. 8%)and in IUD-users without bleeding(3. 2%),P<0. 05 and P<0. 02 respectively. Among the group of IUD-users with abnormal uterus-bleedin,the two viruses total infection rate was 46. 0% in IUD-users taking IUD>12 month and 9. 0% in that taking IUD<12 month;there was a significant difference between the two parts of IUD-users,P=0. 05. In the same group,the total infection rate of both the viruses and infection rate of HSV II alone were significantly higher in patients with cervical erosion degree II,III than that in patients with cervical erosion degree I,P<0.05.
