【摘要】 介绍一种石英晶体温度传感器,其具有高分辨力0.001℃)、良好的线性(0.078℃)、工作稳定、结构简单等特点,适宜在一定温度范围内高精度检测用.

【Abstract】 A quartz temperature transducer with high resolution(0. 001℃) and excellent linearity (0. 078℃)is intro-duced.The transducer features stable operation andsimple structure. It is suitable for high precisionmeasurement in certain temperature range.
