【Abstract】 A HPLC method for the determination of the content of Triglycerides in fat emulsions using ELSD has been developed.The porous silica particles column and n-hexane/iso-propyl alcohol/acetic acid (98.9:1:0.1) as mobile phase were used. The recovery of triglycerides is 99.89±0.59%The RSD are 0.74%(n=8).The linear range is from 4 to 16μg.The regression equation is Y=2.45×105+9.15×105X,and the correlation is good with r=0.9965.更多还原
